The Regional Theatre Young Director Scheme (RTYDS) is is seeking committed Trustees to join our Board.

RTYDS aims to tackle social class inequity in theatre through a major new project called Fair Play. Working-class voices lead, shape, and define our work and we want this also to be reflected in the make-up of our Board.

We are looking for new Trustees to join our Board, who are committed to addressing the barriers experienced by working class and low socio-economic artists to ensure they can sustain careers and thrive in the theatre industry.

We are accepting proposals in writing or in video or audio format. Find out more information below.
