Class and Coronavirus

Tuesday 21st July, 7.00pm - 9.00pm

Where: Zoom Virtual Meeting

Directors Stef O’Driscoll and Caitriona Shoobridge invite you to join a discussion on Class and Coronavirus.

This is open to creatives who identify as working class, benefit class, underclass or criminal class. You don’t need to have come to a previous session to come along.

Over the past several months as the Coronavirus crisis has unfolded it has become clear that those from socio-economically disadvantaged backgrounds have been hit the hardest. From those working in front line jobs to the inequality of the lockdown experience, people from working class, benefit class, criminal class and underclass communities are more likely to be affected by the virus.

In this Class and Coronavirua discussion we’ll be checking in with you all and updating you on the various actions that have been taking place. However, we really want to hear from you and we will be running a speaker’s corner type session for anyone who would like to put an idea to the group or bring a specific point to our attention. If you have something you would like to contribute you can let us know in the sign up form or message us via rtyds@rtyds.co.uk

If you would like to attend this discussion then please sign up here so we can send you the Zoom details in advance of the session.
