Where: Zoom virtual meeting
Tuesday 19 October, 2pm – 4pm
Safeguarding ourselves as Working /Criminal /Benefit/Under-Class Theatre Makers
After a particularly challenging time, in a particularly challenging industry, facilitators Alistair Wilkinson
and Yasmeen Arden
will be exploring how to take care yourselves and harness your power, value and creative agency.
They will focus on how artists can build:
– emotional and psychological well-being and protection,
– peer support and networks
– boundaries with your stories
In recognition of the topics being discussed, Wellbeing in the Arts will provide wellbeing support for the session. A qualified counsellor will be on hand during the session, and there will be access to a small number of follow up surgeries with founder Adam Bambrough, should anyone need help accessing further support.
Use the button above to sign up to join the Town Hall meeting. There is space on the form to let us know your access requirements.
