We’re delighted to announce that Holly Aston has joined the RTYDS team as Executive Director.

Holly is a senior producer, Theatre Consortium Clore Fellow and RD1st qualified coach with over 15 years of experience working in the non-profit and commercial theatre sector. Holly has produced and managed large-scale productions, festivals, national programmes and special projects across the UK, and internationally, for companies including Factory International, the Young Vic, National Theatre, Donmar Warehouse and RSC. With a specialism in commissioning and new work development, Holly is passionate about developing new talent and supporting artists to see their creative vision realised.
She has designed and facilitated workshops for Hong Kong University, Young Vic Creatives Programme and Central School of Speech and Drama. She has also worked as an Associate with Bird & Gorton.
Holly has previously served as a trustee for Magic Me, the UK’s leading provider of intergenerational arts projects. Now based in the North West, she is Co-Chair of the Board for Cheshire Dance, supporting people of all ages and backgrounds within the region to become connected through dance.
